Voluntary Action West Kent, in partnership with Swale CVS and North West Kent CVS has developed three toolkits. This work was undertaken as part of the government funded Change Up initiative, and funded by the Capacity Builders programme; a fund specifically for strengthening infrastructure services for front-line organisations.

These toolkits have been designed to provide a simple guide. However, if you would like additional support please contact your Local Infrastructure Organisation who will be happy to help.

Each toolkit is set out in a number of sections, which allows you to print off individual ‘fact sheets’. We have included  templates and sample documents for you to use and adapt for your specific requirements.

Each toolkit contains ‘links’ to allow you to work through the information in the way that most suits you. We have tested all the links but if any do not work you can open the sections as individual documents. If any of the links to external websites do not work please let Voluntary Action West Kent know and we will update the information.
