VAWK can now arrange a community based Team Action Day for your staff team.  You can send your staff team to volunteer as a group to carry out community based activity days across West Kent.

Team action days are great way to team build, improve morale and raise your companies profile whilst at the same time giving something back to the community.

VAWK organise Team Action Days for a wide range of organisations from across West Kent.  Businesses have helped with gardening at Sevenoaks McIntyre centre for adults with learning disabilities, painting the toilets at Dunorlan Park in Tunbridge Wells and clearing brambles from Barnett’s Care Home. A Team Action Day can usually accommodate  between 5 and 12 staff volunteers on a day,  but this can be tailored around you.
